  15.       The CreateAction client is used to create actions and
  16.       datatypes to integrate an application    into the CDE.
  17.       CreateAction provides    the most commonly needed functions
  18.       including the    creation of actions for    an application,
  19.       creation of the associated datatypes for the application's
  20.       data files, and the ability to specify the Open and Print
  21.       actions for those datatypes. The output from this tool is a
  22.       actions and datatypes    definition file    placed within the
  23.       users    $HOME/.dt/types    directory and an action    file that is
  24.       placed in the    users $HOME directory. CreateAction also
  25.       provides the ability to edit a action    and datatypes
  26.       definition file that was created using this tool.
